The
Athletic Republic™
Ground Based Training Program is a systematic training progression designed
to work on sport and position-specific drills in a team setting. There is special
emphasis placed on appropriate "core development", balance and proprioceptive
development, speed, agility, and quickness.
The Ground
Based Program consists of 10 or 12 training sessions. Each session includes a dynamic
warm-up, linear and multi-directional movement skills, "core" development, and a
cool down.
What is the difference between the
Athletic Republic Acceleration Sports
Training Program and the Athletic Republic Acceleration Ground Based Program?
An
athlete will see the greatest improvement by participating in the
Athletic Republic
Acceleration
Sports Training Program at our facilities. However, an athlete may find it
inconvenient to come to our facility.
The
Athletic Republic
Acceleration Ground Based Training Program allows us to offer customized training
for a group of athletes. This program is more affordable and
we
will even come to you on your school's fields or courts.
What is the difference
between the Athletic Republic Acceleration Ground Based Training Program and other ground based
programs?
Included
in the Athletic Republic Acceleration Ground Based Training Program are tools that no other program
can match. There is a thorough pre-test/post-test component that will provide
results about all aspects of each athlete's performance abilities.
The Ground Based
Training Program also incorporates
Athletic Republic
Acceleration Cord Technology. This
patented technology allows resistance to be applied during
sport movements.
